How the night light is made
Upload one clear, front-facing photo. The studio produces an illustrated portrait in about thirty seconds and shows it to you on the lit panel itself, so you can see how it will read once it is glowing. Regenerate if the first attempt misses. When a version looks right, approve it and the panel is printed to order from that file.
The effect is different from a print. Because the light travels up through the acrylic, the artwork appears to float above the wooden base, and it changes character between a lit room and a dark one. Most people leave it on a bedside table or a shelf where it is seen in the evening.
Choosing a size

10 x 15 cm is the compact option. It fits a crowded bedside table or a desk that is already full, and it is the size most often bought as a first gift or a stocking filler.
12.4 x 16.2 cm is the middle size and the most balanced. There is more room for faces, and it still does not dominate a small surface.
15 x 20 cm is the one to choose when the artwork carries several subjects, or when you want it to work as a small lamp in the room rather than an object on a table.
Because the panel is lit from below, artwork with several faces reads more clearly at the larger sizes. If your photo includes a whole family and a pet, size up.

Can I use a photo from my phone? Yes, and most orders are. Faces need to be lit reasonably evenly and close enough to the camera to be recognisable. Strong backlighting and distant group shots are the two things that cause trouble.
What if the first preview is not right? Generate another. You have several free attempts, and nothing is charged until you approve a version.
Can I order the same artwork on something else? Yes. Once a preview is approved you can add a canvas print, pillow, sherpa blanket or acrylic plaque with the same design and order them together.
