Rovava prints personalized canvas orders after you approve your preview. Shipping details can vary by product, destination, and checkout option, so review the estimate shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free for canvas orders. The free standard rate is applied automatically at checkout. If a specific product or destination uses a different rate, the exact cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
Production time
Please allow 1-2 business days for artwork and canvas preparation after your preview is approved.
Shipping and transit time
Shipping time begins after production is complete and the order leaves production. Product pages currently show delivery usually takes 4-7 business days after your order ships, with estimated arrival usually 5-9 business days after order.
Available shipping options, shipping costs, and address-specific estimates are shown during checkout before payment.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your order, use the tracking details sent with your order updates to follow delivery progress.
Address issues
Contact Rovava as soon as possible if the shipping address needs to change. Address changes may be limited once the order has been approved, prepared, or shipped.
Delayed, lost, or damaged packages
If an order appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact Rovava with your order details and clear photos if there is visible damage. Support will review the issue and explain the next available step for your custom canvas order.
International orders
International orders also ship with the free standard rate where available. Any destination-specific taxes, duties, or import requirements are the recipient's responsibility and should be reviewed before ordering.
