These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Rovava.com and buying made-to-order personalized canvas products from Rovava. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from this site.
Using Rovava.com
You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the store, checkout, upload flow, or other customers. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, scrape customer data, or use the site to violate another person's rights.
Custom artwork and previews
Rovava products are personalized from customer-provided photos. Uploaded photos are used as reference images for artwork previews and custom order support. A preview is a stylized artwork based on the product style selected; it is not a guarantee of an exact photographic reproduction.
Please review your preview, uploaded photo, selected style, size, frame, and shipping details before checkout. Once a personalized order has been approved or production has started, changes may be limited.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Prices, product options, promotions, and availability may change without notice. The final product price, available shipping option, taxes, duties, discounts, and order total are shown at checkout before payment.
Customer-provided content
You confirm that you have the right to upload and use any photo, name, text, review, or other content you submit to Rovava. Do not upload sensitive documents, private information, or images you do not have permission to use.
Shipping, returns, and support

If there is an issue with an order, contact Rovava with your order details and clear photos when relevant. Support will review the issue and explain the available next step.

Rovava uses Shopify and other service providers to operate the online store, checkout, payments, analytics, email, and customer support. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The Rovava name, website content, product presentation, artwork previews, and store assets may not be copied, resold, reproduced, or used commercially without permission, except where allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rovava is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the site, product delays, third-party service interruptions, or customer-provided content.
