How do the two canvas finishes differ?

Frameless Canvas includes the printed canvas only. Framed Canvas is stretched over a hidden inner frame, with no exposed outer wood border around the artwork.

How does the AI preview work?

Upload a clear photo, choose your canvas options, and generate a watermarked preview before checkout. We use your uploaded photo as the identity reference for the artwork.

Can I include pets or multiple people?

Yes. If the product supports it, you can upload a family or pet photo and the AI artist will use the visible people and pets as the reference for your canvas.

What if there is an issue with my order?

Because every canvas is custom-made from your approved preview, we support replacements or refunds within 30 days for damaged items, production defects, incorrect items, or artwork materially different from the approved preview.

Shipping:
Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days after your order ships. Estimated arrival is usually 5-9 business days after order.

Returns:
Custom canvas orders are eligible for support within 30 days when they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved preview.
