Returns & Refunds

At Rovava, our ultimate goal is for you to completely love your new canvas artwork. If for any reason a product does not fully meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns, replacements, and refunds under the guidelines below.

1. Physical Artworks (Wrapped Canvases & Prints)

  • Condition requirement: To qualify for a standard refund, returned parcels must arrive back at our facility in their unused, original condition and original packaging.
  • Damaged or incorrect dispatches: In the rare event that your artwork arrives defective, torn, or different from what you ordered, we will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or process a full refund.

2. Personalized & AI-Generated Artworks

Because every Rovava canvas is custom-made from your photos and approved preview, we cannot resell returned personalized pieces. Refunds and replacements on personalized orders are offered when the product arrives damaged, is materially different from your approved preview, or has a production defect.

3. Size Exchanges

Size modifications are supported. Return the original product in pristine, unused condition and our team will exchange it for your preferred dimensions. Secondary shipping fees may apply to the new shipment.

4. How to Start a Return

Email hello@rovava.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and, if applicable, clear photographs of any damage. Our team will confirm next steps within one business day.

5. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
