Is the preview really free?
Yes. Creating your preview costs nothing. You only pay if you add the ornament to your cart and check out.
Will the names be spelled right?
Yes. The AI never writes the names. We print your text exactly as you type it, in a ring around the photo or on a ribbon, and you see it on your preview before checkout.
What photo works best?
A clear, bright photo where every face is visible and looking toward the camera. The artwork is based on the people in your photo.
Will it look like the preview?
Your artwork and your text are printed as you approve them in the preview. The preview is watermarked, your printed ornament is not. Colours can look slightly different on a screen than in print.
Is there a hole for hanging?
Yes, a small hole at the top. That is why the ring text leaves a small gap at the very top: we keep your words clear of the hole.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Use the quantity for identical ornaments, or tap “Another ornament with different names” to give each one its own names. All of them use the same artwork.
